No offense but if its a MGS4 with added features think of how many disks that would take, what like 4? Anyways I think its going to be MGS5, I have heard a while ago that konami was intending for MGS5 to be multi-platform.l0ve

probably not mgs4. maybe an XBLA game with metal gear or a spinoff. And just because it's in green font doesn't mean that it has to involve xboxsilky_smooth8

although I would absolutely love to think that MGS4 would come to 360 (as I am considering buying a PS3 solely for this game) I did see a video on gamespot a while ago , like a developer video , and the guy on there was asked about MGS4 coming to 360 and he said even if they wanted to they couldn't because the 360 could not physically meet the games demands! :( so I am not getting hyped up just yet but we can all hope and dream!azzman

Same thing was said about Resident Evil 4 on the PS2, and the dev said he'd rather cut off his own head before allowing that game to be released on that system. In other words, don't believe their nonsense so readily. These people (game devs) can be melodramatic and dishonest, and let's face it, getting MGS4 on the 360 would be smart business on their part, however they managed to pull that off.

what you are saying is very true . they have an already completed multi million selling game that with a little work could rake in twice the sales! lets hope they have found a way to overcome their initial problem and bring MGS to the 360!

No, it's a darker shade of green so that they don't get sued by MS. It makes no sense for them to put that symbol in the tease if they're not referring to the 360. That symbol has stronger ties to that system than perhaps the x in a bubble does. Imagine if a basketball player just inked a shoe deal with nike. They put a teaser up on their website involving a check mark. It'd be plainly obvious that they're referring to nike. Just as it's plainly obvious that konami is referring the 360 here.amdman16

I'm sorry, but this (the power symbol) is a stupid argument...

many other electronics have that symbol, my PC does, so does that mean it's coming out for PC as well?

My microwave has it, so does that mean they'll be making Metal Gear Solid Food?

Also the PS3 has this symbol too, granted it's white, but the green in the message may be of something in the game...

Saying that power symbol + green color = 360 is like saying a + b = 100...

Probably not Acid, because the Acid series (1 and 2 ) are on PSP, and it'll be odd to have the Acid series go from a handheld to a console...

Probably not MGS4 port/remake, because of the word "next", and another version of MGS4 doesn't move the story forward...

Probably not MGS5, because it seems too soon to have started to make the next installment int he MGS series...

I'm thinking that it will be a MGS spin-off, where it talks about another person's history, such as continuing Big Boss's life...

But with Konami...who knows?

Dont get your hopes up. Just because its green does not mean its 360, and true the power symbol is associated with the 360, as it has been said countless times, it is the universal power symbol. And the i + ! doesnt really seem to relate to 360 to me. I dont know what it does mean though. It seems like they might be mixing something though. Anyway, dont expect anything too big. Bungie made that big deal about their little countdown and that turned out to be an expansion thats only going to be 3-5 hours. Dont get me wrong, it looks great, but im just saying, this may turn out to be something on a smaller scale like that.

I am not sure, I don't think it will go. Because I Heard Kojima saying he hated making multi discs. Here are some reasons why.

1. There is a part where sunny plays the PSP Game in the game and there is a ps3 at one point.

2. The MK 2 controller and MK3 Controller is a PS3 controller.

3. And the main reason it won't happen is there is a cutscene at the same part in MGS 1 where you swap the disc, well there is a cutscene saying Snake time to change the disc I know I know its a pain, but do you see the disc labled 2. you probably seen it.

Who cares if it jumps to multi platform anyways.
