What time do DLC's normally drop on XBOX Live?

I was wondering if I could download Big Surf Island for Burnout Paradise right after midnight tonight.

depends what part the world your from, i wanted the fight night round 4 demo so much i stayed up till 12 for it, but i couldnt download it till 11 in the morning, but i'm from the UK so i think it goes of american time but i dunno what time exactly
