what time do ya think the skyrim dlc will launch?

im tired of waiting up for dlc or digital downloads cause they never come out when ya think they would, or when they say it will. (tropico 4 modern times was pushed back a week and they didnt say **** til 3-4 days after it was supposed to come out >< )

but just for the fun of it, what time do ya think itll be up for download>
