I have completed the main quest and all of the side quests and I have also downloaded and completed all of the DLCs. I am only at level 26. What is there that I can still do to level myself to level 30?

Collecting Super Mutant Blood Samples for Paladin Tristan and collecting Sensor Modules and Cameras for Scribe Rothchild (both are at the Citadel) are both good ways to get your EXP up.

Finding locations gives an amount of XP. Killing monsters and frequenting their spawns. Small but heavily armed patrols spawn near the library archives and the barracks.

Bring scrap metal to Walter at the Water Treatment Plant in Megaton. Scrap metal is very easy to find, and it gets you plenty of XP.

In my case: to hell, cause i blasted megaton into pieces. Another good way to earn xp is to simply hunt down death claws. At lvl 26 they should be easy to kill and they bring about 50 xp. So killing 6 of em has the same amount of xp as one of the sidequests. Simply swith between the Death Claw territory and Old Olney. There should be plenty of them. I didn't have any problems with getting to lvl 30 and i'm not even finished with 2 dlc's and the main quest. There are many other good opportunities to earn xp. You can bring teddybears to Sandra in Pitt (if you didn't side with Wernher), bring Sugarbombs to Seneca Station, Old Metal to Underworld or Fort Independence ... or just go to dangerous places with enemies worth 50 xp (except Feral Ghoul Reavers, i wouldn't recommend to hunt these)

This, and learn where the supermutants respawn like at the Clifftop Shacks. Supermutants spawn there every few days or so. Also, Point Lookout has an assload of cameras lying around everywhere in it. There is like 4 or 5 in the Lighthouse.

Do this. It's time consuming and fun. They are hidden in some dangerous places, and finding them is great fun.

Apparently there is a glitch where he can fall from his building and die...
