What to do in Fallout 3?

I have completed the main quest and all of the side quests and I have also downloaded and completed all of the DLCs. I am only at level 26. What is there that I can still do to level myself to level 30?

Try to find hidden quest that are not marked as quest.

In my case: to hell, cause i blasted megaton into pieces. Another good way to earn xp is to simply hunt down death claws. At lvl 26 they should be easy to kill and they bring about 50 xp. So killing 6 of em has the same amount of xp as one of the sidequests. Simply swith between the Death Claw territory and Old Olney. There should be plenty of them. I didn't have any problems with getting to lvl 30 and i'm not even finished with 2 dlc's and the main quest. There are many other good opportunities to earn xp. You can bring teddybears to Sandra in Pitt (if you didn't side with Wernher), bring Sugarbombs to Seneca Station, Old Metal to Underworld or Fort Independence ... or just go to dangerous places with enemies worth 50 xp (except Feral Ghoul Reavers, i wouldn't recommend to hunt these)

i got 2 level 30's and on the second one i didnt even do all the side quests

Collecting Super Mutant Blood Samples for Paladin Tristan and collecting Sensor Modules and Cameras for Scribe Rothchild (both are at the Citadel) are both good ways to get your EXP up.Andrn

Do this. It's time consuming and fun. They are hidden in some dangerous places, and finding them is great fun.

get all of the unique weapons and armours
