Every peice of hardware has its problems. Take care of it, and it will last you longer than others.

What no "all of the above"?, actually I think we are doing fine in terms of helping get rid of RROD, we are reporting this and getting them to pay to fix it/replace it. And ALL of those 1 month free codes start to add up I imagine.

Wouldn't know, a year and a half now, sill on my first Xbox. Faulty hardware isn't a rare occurence. PS2 had it last gen (Disc Read Error) but they refused to admit it. At least MS stepped out and admitted there was a problem. They fix it free, don't even charge you shipping.

People will always give MS crap no matter what they do, but I think they always do a good job.

I'm just going to send my xbox to MS for a free repair. But if your the gotta take action type i suggest getting an adcanced technology degree and figuring out a fix that has been evading the experts at MS.

Even if microsoft sends people a referbished system, they probably just wrap it in a towel.
