My first ever aciev. was "Fear the pink mist on halo 3" and my latest was the one on cod 5 where you have to complete a level only using melee and granades.

I think my first achievement was something on either Kameo or CoD2, can't remember. Last achievement was killing 2000 monsters in The Last Remnant. Don't know the exact name.
My first was "Chapter 1 complete" for GRAW 2, and my latest was either "Improviser" or "Light Seeds Finder" for Prince of Persia, I can't remember which.
