All of the above just more refined and improved. Plus Microsoft has learned an expensives lesson from the RROD issue. The next Xbox should continue to buildupon the first 2 xboxes. E3 2012 we shall see what Microsoft can offer.

sounds good to me Haha
More Ram (At least 2gb would like 4gb)
Better graphics (Although im not too bothered if they don't change it)
Blu-ray (is it possible?)
keep the chunky controllers, main reason I love the controller. ;)
More First Party games that aren't Halo, Gears etc Would much rather see new IP's
A better Kinect, which doesn't need as much room and more accurate.
I predict it will be the most powerful console next generation based on their R&D budget compared to their competitors and their partnership with AMD. The next Xbox will apparently use AMD's APU. So the next Xbox will have more power for the same price as the competition with the APU.
APUs produce little heat so MS learned their lesson there. MS is a corporation that learns from their mistakes.
while i think its a little early to think about that because amazing games are still coming out. i would like to see the same controller just not the crap quality it has if you get the one that comes with it for free but i like the ergonomic feel it has. and of course more power and please no kinnect because 1) majority of people dont have it 2)now everything has(as in developers think the name kinnect will get more sales) to have kinnect interface e.x. mass effect 3 (before people troll i love mass effect) and please for the love of god DONT RUSH THE CONSOLE OUT because we all remember the 52% RROD effect

I agree with the controller just better quality like others are listing above and the blue ray doesnt sound bad at all i also think Kinect would be better off left outt.
I personally hope for a Blu-Ray disc drive, that MS get rid of the problems with the console (Red Ring etc.), add a feature to upgrade hardware with ease (Like the PC, although I know it won't happen...), better graphics and I hope they bloody hurry up with it! I love my Xbox too bits, but it is getting old and everyone else in the market (Sony, Pc's etc.) are puling away.
I suspect while there will almost certainly still be a (upgraded to Blu·ray) disc tray for backward compatibility and watching movies on disc, it will have a sufficiently large HD that even big AAA releases may be download-only (or at least available that way, with limited availability in stores) or use cloud computing. If not at the immediate start of Next Gen, by the end there won't be physical media.
I don't know what the new console will be like, but this is my prediction:
-The console will be quieter, cooler and more durable than the xbox360.
-250/500GB hard drive, 2-4GB RAM, Blu-ray player
-Controller will be very similar to the 360, with minor changes. (D-pad and Guide-button changes)
-3 SKUs: 250GB xbox / 500GB xbox / 500GB xbox with next-gen Kinect
-Xbox Live: Playing multiplayer online will finally be free, however, there will still be a paid service that comes with several features. Microsoft will try "cloud-gaming" by streaming some of the more popular xbox and xbox 360 games online.
-It will run Windows 8: More integration between the new xbox, PC's and Windows Phones. You will be able to video-chat between any of the 3 devices. It will also allow the xbox to play some PC games.
The biggest one they sell now is already 320. I'd bet 1TB will be the minimum hard disc. Well, i'm being generous, considering Microsoft's past decisions with Hard drives. Microsoft launched the xbox360 with 2 SKU's. Arcade (with no HDD) and Pro (20GB HDD)...and in 2005, 20GB wasn't a lot of memory. I considered the fact that Microsoft would need to cut the costs in some areas, especially if they want a powerful CPU and GPU.[QUOTE="a55a55inx"]-250/500GB hard drive, jekyll

They may have a 1 TB system when they release a new version, but I doubt they would have that much at launch.[QUOTE="a55a55inx"]-250/500GB hard drive, a55a55inx
I would love to see a much faster, more nimble processor. Load times and saves on the 360 are too long, as are downloads from a disk to the HD. Better graphics for sure, and 3D support!!. :D

Just from a size perspective they may not have much choice but to be 1TB. Either way, there's no waythe new system will have less than 320 when that's what's offered now.
