Would you really? I mean Halo 3 is only one game and the console has many other great games such as:-
Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion
Crackdown
Viva Pinata
Rainbow Six: Vegas
Dead Rising
You see? The X-box 360 has many other great games and the fact that you'll "trash" your 360 for just one game is quite bad, I guess Halo 3 means a lot to people huh?
i would say to myself, "well, i figured it wouldn't be as good as gears... guess i was right. at least i don't have my hopes up this time like with halo 2."
only disappoint i could see is graphically and maybe the single player. But for me, someone who didn't really play halo2, halo3 will be new and exciting muhaha
Honestly I'd move on. Halo was never really that appealing to me. Plus with games like Mass Effect and Assassin's Creed out around the same time HALO 3 is released you'd be crazy not to...
quit gaming altogether and cry myself asleep for the next three years....no I'd probably just say "That's too bad" and go back to playing Assasin's Creed or Oblivion
I would be pretty unhappy, but i would get over it and move on to the other great games that are coming out.

However: a: The graphics are going to be great. Quit freaking out
b: Snipers are a part of just about every online shooter and you're dumb to whine about it
C: The maps will all be balanced. They always are. Halo 2 may have been a dissapointment as far as the campaign goes but the onlinne was awesome. Why are you people so worried?
I wouldn't care in the least. With the millions (approximately) of other shooter games out there for the 360, there would be plenty of others to play if I wanted to do so.
I would go over to Bungie and watch when Chuck Norris roundhouse kick them all so hard time will reverse and they all have to live in a time before computers...
i would be extremely dissapointed, but then again i didn't really like halo 2, halo 1 will always be the best to me, so i am experienced at halo dissapointment
Id play one of the other games that are souly comming out for 360 that are amazing such as bio shock and masse effect and the darkness or huxley hmm maybe final fantasy or when metal gear solid enevidably comes for 360
I wouldnt be suprised. Halo 2 got me so hyped, but they let me down. i want to see real in game content. FROM THE CAMPAIGN. Halo 2 looked so good before it came out, but all the screens and movies were prerendered, and the game was nowhere near what they showed. also, the multiplayer is infamous, i still play it, but there are so many glitches and bad weapon combos that make the game not fun, so im not expecting much from Halo 3. thats not to say that im not anticipating it, i just dont want my hopes dashed on the rocks again.
Id be really really mad and try to take it back and get my money back but other than that not a huge deal. but that game is gonna be amazing so whats it matter?
