I'd have to say Fallout would be the best so far. If I had it on me right now, I'd be playing it but I let my brother borrow it. :( I still need to get all the DLC for it still. Even though it's running around 4000 points for all of it. Oh well.
I liked Fallout 3, but I loved Oblivion. Fallout just didn't feel as "adventurous" IMO. That, and the fact that you only have one class that you can be in Fallout 3. I liked being able to switch it up in Oblivion.
That was hard, but I had to go with Mass Effect. Lost Odyssey was very close. Also I would go with Sacred 2 for it's awesome co-op, really made it fun.
I've put over 300 hours into my current Oblivion character, but my favorite RPG is still Mass Effect. I loved the story, characters, and the detailed world BioWare created. I'm surprised that Mass Effect is currently winning this poll, seeing as you put Oblivion and Fallout as a single choice, thread creator.

For that many points you could probably sell your copy of Fallout 3 and just buy the GOTY edition and probably break even or even make a couple of bucks. Anyways, my top RPG is still Mass Effect and when Mass Effect 2 comes out then that will probably become my favorite.
