i got the wireless 1 its really good for 60 bucks i think

id get that if u want the best 1

With your budget get either one of these. http://www.turtlebeach.com/products/efx1/home.aspx http://www.turtlebeach.com/products/efx3/home.aspx I have the X1's and I love them, if your looking for the best, only buy turtle beach headsets.
