well we know halo 3 is coming out and that means halo is once again online king. not only that 360 owners will not be able to play the new stuff for gears? does this mean gears is technically over on xbox 360?
no way gears will still have plenty of players playing it and all of the 12 yr olds will move to gears to halo so you will have alot more mature ppl playing gears
the first couple of days probly even weeks everyone is going to be playing halo 3 online, but soon ppl will go back to gears, but the majority will stay with halo, so you'll have to wait tilll gears 2

Got gears right when it came out, and for that first week it was one of the best online games I had ever played... until people got the glitches and the coky dick heads appeared and worst of all, the little kids!
So yes I hope that they do all just go over to halo3 because at least there its easier to control them and if your in matchmaking you wont even have to hear themas long as you always go in with a full team
