Whats Recon?

Everyone seems to know what recon is in the halo games, so im just wondering what it is, how do you get it, and can you get it in ODST?

Recon Is a Armor in halo 3 Multiplayer

you can obtain recon by achieving all of the vidmaster achievements

and in halo 3: ODST there's a charachter "Dare"who has recon armor and you can select her in firefight

you can unlock dare by completing the legendary campaign

Recon armor is useless as everyone now wears it.

I perfer the Hayabusa Armor over the Recon Armor
