I can usually get fairly decent deals on games, but the most recent and one of the best was getting Halo 3 new for $10.54 and then a couple days after I recieved it, I got another copy in the mail. So I guess the free one was better but I sold it on eBay for $48 shipped.
Definitely Bioshock... It's a long story involving discount coupons, store credit through games I sold (games i got for free anyway) and winter sales discount, but in the end I didn't have to pay anything. Better yet, I was paid 5 bucks on top of getting Bioshock for free. Best deal I've ever had.
This past week, I picked up PGR4 for $20 brand new. What's surprising is from where - Radio Shack!
I was searching the PGR4 board here at Gamespot, and I found a post saying PGR4 was on sale at Radio Shack for $20, and he was curious if it was worth it. I was skeptical about this, so I called my Radio Shack to see, and it was true. I quickly rushed down there and picked it up.
oh i also got crackdown and the darkness for 25 dollars combined and got assassin's creed for 30 dollars a week after its release. its such a relief when you get new games for a good price...60 dollars buries a huge hole in my pocket
