Big Daddies from Bioshock. I love them because they look awesome, they are a good challenge without being impossible, it is very rewarding to defeat one with getting to the little sister and getting a bunch of money, and they are just fun to fight and watch fight.

Fontaine was kind of weak IMO. Kind of a let down when you finally confront him. But I got a chill of anticipation before every confrontation with a Big Daddy. Hearing and feeling the footsteps with the sweet prize of Adam from the Little Sister walking behind him with her creepy voice. You always had to prepare yourself for the showdown.
