whats the best expansion for fallout 3?

hey everybody i just beat fallout 3 but i was dumb and didnt get the GTY edition so whats the best expansion pack to get for fallout?

Operation Anchorage. I know a lot of people didn't like it that much but it was my favorite. It completely changed the way you play the game and had the best rewards in the end, in my opinion anyway. If you're a sneak class you get a suit that makes you invisible when you go into sneak mode and my favorite melee weapon in the game. Broken Steel is a close second.
