Whats the Best first or third person shooter

What is your opinion of the best first or third person shooter from any system or game mine would be Halo 3

well I would say Halo 3 too.

But you really should'nt say for "any console" when you posted this in the Xbox 360 Board :)

1st person: Halo 3

3rd person: Gears of War/Resident Evil 4

The best? hmmm i dunno, usually the best F/TPS is the one im currently playing, lol!

So right now the best FPS is either L4D or Fallout 3

def, not Halo 3, Halo still has some room for improvement, and its a little bit too out of date to be the best

TPS: Gears of War is the best here, no doubt. I guess GTAIV could be a far-off second though.

FPS: Left 4 Dead for co-op, Halo for compietion, and Fallout 3 for single player.

My favorite shooter = GRAW

The best shooter ever = Half-Life or Quake

FPS - Far Cry 2

TPS - Saints Row 2
