Not a very big variety of choices, but I'd have to say that I really enjoyed playing GOW 1 and 2 for the first time, mainly because I love graphics and that game was mouth watering. I really enjoyed playing Halo 3 for the first time--seeing the new visuals, new feel (weapons, etc), and using the new controls. Oh, and I loved when I first stepped out of the vault in Fallout 3--that was amazing! Also, I remeber playing Call of duty 4 for the first time; that game was a treat.
Best moment is towards the end of modern warfare 2 killing General Shepard with that knife that whole scene at end of the game was intense and to me felt like an awsome action movie I mean your own men that you fought with are now agianst you...how cool is that haha o spoiler LOL

After all the hype and self anticipation, I must say the first time I chainsawed a locust...ahh it was a great feeling. I also agree about the Bioshock twist that was mentioned.. I was almost to that point in the game when someone read it aloud to me! I was disappointed, but I didn't know any details so it was still pretty cool. Other great moments: The first level in Prey...right when Don't Fear the Reaper starts to play. Playing my 360 for the first time, just got a new sound system set up, a comfy chair and a little time to myself...I popped in FlatOut Ultimate Carnage and was blown away by the next-gen. The first time a nuke sent sand spraying all over my tank in Frontlines Fuel of War...hey, it was an early moment in my 360 gaming so it may be a small event now, but at the time I couldn't help but smile.
one of my favorites has to be, the intro for Mass Effect when you see your customized Shepard walking through the ship, the music and see your character alive. Also my first inverted rappel takedown on Rainbow Six Vegas.....I though how can this be any cooler? When you get out of the sewers in Oblivion and see all of Tamriel and you think like...and they called the lost woods in ocarina of time woods Would you Kindly... *spoiler*The death of Paul Jackson in CoD 4*spoiler* The intro for Lost Odyssey The capital Wasteland in Fallout 3
Watching a Leap of Faith gives you a cool slight vertigo feeling, so I picked that one. Taking down my first Strider in Half-Life 2 was intensely satisfying, especially after the damn thing vaporized my team of refugees! But my all-time WTF moment was in Bioshock, when Ryan locks that botanist in her lab and floods it with poison gas, then she scribbles the code to her door in the window as she passes out!
the most memorable recent one would have to be the moment I saw captain price in MW 2, and other than that when I first stepped into the Shivering Isles in Oblivion

this Not this........but doing the guillie suit mission in CoD:MW was freakin epic. Close second is finally exiting the sewers in Oblivion and seein it in all its glory.
The first time you do the Leap of Faith. So epic. Also, when you find out the true meaning of the blood curling phrase, "Would you kindly" I get chills up my spine whenever I hear that.
