What's up SEGA?

What happened to SEGA. They havent been doing much of anything good if you ask me. We got Condemned which was alright I guess, Chrome hounds was medicore, and Sonic was just straight up bad. Sega was one of my favorite publisher on the original Xbox. Games like Panzer Dragoon Orta, GUNVALKRIE, Otogi Myth of Demons, Otogi 2, Crazy Taxi, Shemmenu3. Where all are the good games SEGA? You saving them up for your new console coming out next year?;)

So what's all of your say about SEGA. Doing fine? Disappointed, or really dont care?

No offense, but Sega's time is gone. The Dreamcast was amazing, but, that was the end of Sega's golden age. Thy are grasping at straws now.

aye the sonic games for me dont work when they are made into a 3d 3rd person style game, same feeling i got when i played mario 64 wasnt the same game and it killed my interest in it totally, still love 1 & 2 sonics on the xbl arcade.

not been impressed with they new 360 games, but when they were at they peak they had the console monopoly, they were the bosses of they own systems, but to be fair the games were far simpler then back in the master system and mega drive games, they was hardly any 3d games and most games wernt that complex, and it was always great to be able to play some of segas best arcade games in ur home like altered beast golden axe etc, but now they lost they appeal as most the style of gams that people used to love on they old segas are long gone now and replaced with more complex and 3d games, i used to love playing all the old left to right platform games or beat/shoot them up games, but since they moved up to 3d with everyone else they games just dont offer the same enjoyment as most the main players on the 360, sad not to see old giants like sega and nintendo not being the dominating force in the market for next gen but they all made choices that led to they current state, you can only wonder what it would be like if sega still had a next gen console in prime postition and nintendo followed through on they failed partnership with sony.

they games just seem to be always a few years behind the best games out, i buy quite a lot of games, wud buy one of they games if thought it was going to be great but really havent seen a title thats stepped up to the table

they can bang on and force sonic onto gamers as much as they like, the new versions basically a kids game and the kids today dont know sonic.

only people who still love sonic the hedgehog is all the older gamers who had and loved they megadrives and then still its only the old versions we've completed 5000 times that we love (amazing to think how many years ive played games like sonic and orig super mario games and still when i play them with years and years gap still remember any amounts of the hidden extra lives etc)

sonic might of been the face of they gaming company for all these years but he's old hat and the kids who wud be right age for the game are too young to remember him, should of let him fade out with dignity rather than dragging him out over and over again for pointless games that will never capture the timeless magic of the original 2 games

platforms are dead but maybe they'd hit the mark if they brought out a improoved version in the style of the old games and leave the 3rd person crap out and go back to the old formula, but then u can justify old platform games at £40 a shot, so they should make something new and modern rather than killing old classics
