Whats up with my 360????

Mods, i checked under the broken 360 thread and did not find this. Anyways, i try to turn on my 360 and the light turns on but my controller has its ring blinking and there is only a black screen Anyone have any ideas??

-_- okay is it a wireless controller and check if ur cables are connected properly
