Why do americans also make a point to say they hate canadians. everytime im playing R6V2 or Cod4 or anyother online game all i hear is "man i hate canadians"?

i personally like canadians, thinking of them as sort of neighbors. now that ive got a passport, i plan on roadtripping it up there for a while. and maybe its just because i like in the north, close to new york and in turn canada, but i think of them more as neighbors than i do mexico. mexico is just like your friend who comes over for a night and never leaves

What irritates me, more than trash-talk about my country or other countries etc. is the stereotyping. Not all Americans are fat and stupid. Not all British people sit around drinking tea and eating crumpets with the queen.

Of course, Germans on XBL are fair game :D

The only time I have taken the pee with the americans when I was playing GRAW 2 and they asked if Friendly Fire is turned on. In which I said I think I will let you guys go a head and do what you need to do, after all you guys seem to be shooting us alot more than the Afgans (Oh Btw if anyone is slightly offended by that then sorry) and it actually lightened the mood of the game no end.

I've got nothing against Canadians, but then again when i'm on Live on don't talk unless i know people in the match.
