Yes, I love that weapon also. Hearing the sound of a locust's head explode at your very own hands is a reward in itself. Also, you can't go wrong with the almighty shotgun in Gears.
A fully upgraded Bulldog Assault Rifle from Pariah. Simply put all you need is that gun (at lvl 3) and you can take out anyone or anything in that entire game.
I know this isnt for the 360 but you guys cant forget about the golden gun from the james bond series but for the 360 it has to be the lawn mower from Deadrising
I'd say my favourite weapon is the sword for Halo 3 even though the game is not out yet.

It's hard to pick one. I love the new Spartan Laser from Halo 3 and the Ecscavator from Dead Rising is one of the most ridiculous things I've ever seen. I also love the Torque Bow from Gears of War, it's so satisfying. And I'm going to mention one more, something a little less conventional, the French Grand Cannon from Command and Conquer Red Alert 2.
Idk. I don't have one single but I will name my favorite. Assault rifle - Halo, Scoped Lee Enfield - CoD2, Battle Rifle - Halo 2/3, M4 - CS:S, and Chicago TypeWriterall maxed out- RE4
