Whats your gaming pet peeves?

what pisses you off while playing games.

now since i only play Left 4 Dead 2 online, all my stories deal with that game. and even further, i only play Scavenge at the mall atrium.

here we go:

when people join in and try to tell me how to play the game. royally pisses me off. half the time what they tell me to do, ive already done it, or if i were to do it, it would get me or a teamate killed. almost all of the people who try to tell me how to play the game, are horrible at the game.

i hate people who dont know priorities. a hunter takes priority over a smoker. if a hunter and a smoker both grab someone in close proximity, kill the hunter first, then deal with the smoker. smokers take forever to kill, hunters are fast at killing. if a jockey grabs someone who is almost incapped, and a charger grabs someone, go after the charger. Jockeys cant kill, chargers can. the amount of people who dont know common sense is amazing.

dont complain about being left alone, and then when someone gets to you, you just leave them.

You CANNOT bash a charger off someone. ive seen so many people do this.

people who throw pipebomb after pipebomb. wasting all our resources over two or 3 fvcking zombies.

when i kick someone, and they dont get the message, and keep coming back.

people who for some reason unbeknownst to me, join in just to shoot us.

people for whatever reason, who see that there are two people on the third floor, decide to leave the person on the bottom floor to join the others.

Trashtalkers are asses.

people who vote to change the map, royally piss me off. if you want to play a different map, go make your own lobby, dont fvcking try to change the map in my lobby mid game.

also people who vote to go to the lobby just cause they are losing. either leave or deal with it.

the arrogant asses that decide to go by themselves, and then b!tch and complain when they get grabbed by a special infected.

people who instead of picking up someone who is incapped, they decide to put that can in. it almost always ends with them getting grabbed by a special.

people who lack common sense.

i also hate when people on the other team just throw molitovs and stand in the fire, or outright kill themselves. i often remember their name, and kick them from my lobby.

What annoys me in gaming is multiplayer lobbies. Immature kids (and adults) cussing incessantly or using racial slurs. It's like, "Is your vocabulary really that limited?"

Yelling and screaming through there mic. Then I have to stop playing, find out whose acting retarted, and mute them.:evil:

people who breath into their mic, or have the tv so loud, you hear the echo from the game. so annoying.

all you hear is this garbled wind sound for half the game.

i actually tell them to turn off their mic. most people actually listen. tis nice when they do.

The trolls of system wars.

Little kids, and gamers who like to tell everyone about their double-kills and other pointless things they do during mp matches.

game devs locking the hardest settings... Let the gamer choose what they want to play first if it's in the game 2: game devs thinking more health= higher difficulty.... put some strategy in there for freaking sakes. This is what i enjoyed about dark souls. There wasn't a difficulty setting, The difficulty came from the puzzles in the game

@OP: I love being the lobby creator on L4D. Whenever someone joins without a mic, I get to give them my lobby nazi speech. Basically I announce that I am the Lobby Nazi, and if they don't plug in a mic they'll be booted. Then I prattle on for 30 seconds or so and if by the end of the speeh they're still unplugged, I kick them. I always get a chuckle or two from the others in the party. (In case you hadn't noticed, nomics are my l4d peeve.) The people who pop in and try to run the show annoy me, but if you let them know that there's already a team leader, you've got a fair chance of them taking directions. And if they don't, kicking them isn't usually an issue. By the way, are splitscreeners still allowed 2 votes?El_Zo1212o

haha yea im always the lobby leader. i hate when i join a random game, and we end up beating the other team, they get butthurt and kick us all. pisses me off. so i just make my own lobby. win or lose.

i actually let no micers stay. not all are bad. ive know two no micers who are amazing at the game. Random Repo and Muffinman(has some "x"s in there). then theres more, but i forget their names.

split screeners depending on my mood, and if the other team wants them gone. i have a rule though, i dont kick anyone with a mic. so if one of the splitscreeners has a mic, they stay.

haha yea, ive had to tell several people to "shut up, i know how to play the game, better than you". they usually shut up at that point:P

and yes split screeners get two votes.

hell i splitscreen with my sister all the time, i hardly ever play without her. though we have seperate gamertags so no one really knows we splitscreen. weve surprised many people, since we split screen, and are damn good.

idk im on the fence with the splitscreeners getting 2 votes. on one hand, there are some damn good splitscreeners that deserve the votes. but then there are the majority split screeners who give all Splitscreeners a bad name, who shouldnt get 2 votes. idk. but splitscreeners who have different gamertags should get 2 votes regardless.

people who refuse to kick someone who is just standing there not doing anything.

happened 3 fvcking times today.

the dude just stood there, so we put up the vote to kick. other dude voted no. so me and my sister went up to third floor while other dude stayed down so we could throw cans to him. he gets taken by a jockey, so we try to kick the guy that hasnt even picked up a gun yet. dude still saves him. we had to wait for the dude(one that wasnt moving) to finally leave. we did horrible as we had to babysit the one dude. we just ended up kicking him.

happened 3 times today.

fvcking annoying.

11 year olds asking if I'm a boy or a girl. Does my gamertag not give it away?

And my friend who keeps send messages telling me that he is a bada** because he has a girlfriend and is better at wwe12 then me. I don't even own a copy of the game.

When a game have so much bugs/glitch that it's unplayable. On top of that the developed don't do anything about fixing it.

I hate when multiplayer games are online only. If there is gonna be a multiplayer, why can't I play it with someone sitting on the couch next to me?

people whose sole purpose is to join in, bring all their friends, decimate you, and then leave.

happened today. was playing some scavenge(L4D2) teams were pretty even. then this one guy we know wh is good, joins the other team. then he somehow ends up kicking the hole team. then he brought all his friends. owned the fvck out of us. making our friends/teammates ragequit.

then left before we got back to the lobby.

its not the first time hes done this.

does it alot actually. pisses me off.
