Gears Of War 3 has not been officially announced by Epic Games. There is still no proof that there will be a third installation to the Gears Of War series, but the fan base is certainly hoping for one, as the game was originally going to be a trilogy.
Honestly, the only one I can think of is Street Fighter 4, and I am kind of excited for RE5... I don't know why, just not as crazy about it as everyone else.
I'd love to be able to say I could be excited for Mass Effect 2 and Bioshock 2(Which I think come out next year...), but I have not played Mass Effect OR Bioshock yet ;_;

I'm not really all too excited for any of them yet, but here it goes anyways:
Forza 3 - Not even confirmed yet, but I'll remain optimistic. BioShock 2: Sea of Dreams - I didn't think BioShock really needed a sequel, but here we are. Skeptical because different developers are handling it. Splinter Cell 5: Again, another game yet to be confirmed, but I feel like it's the right time for another Splinter Cell game. Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 - I'll be a lot more excited once I start hearing of some details.
At the moment, I really want RE5. It should be great. I haven't really been paying attention to the other titles that will be coming, but that will change once I start seeing them all. Last year at this time, I wasn't expecting much from 2008, but it was amazing, so hopefully 2009 is much the same! :)
