I've been looking forward to Fallout 3 the most since 2003, when Van Buuren was shelved and then binned by Interplay, and Black Isle studios was disbanded- Fallout 3 is the culmination of years of wating and will be nothing short of brilliant.
Its labeled TBA 2008, if it had atleast said Quarter 4 2008 I would have replaced Too Human with it, however it doesn't & also I don't expect it to be released this year anyways, most likely Quarter 1 2009 especially after how great the gaming industry did early this year.
NGII is the main XBox 360 game I have as a release date purchase right now and will probably eventually pick of Gears but will wait to see people's reaction on those other games. Too Human has me interested though.
there's not a lot that interests me ths year (battlefield was the big one.. and from the beta, a big letdown. they need to do a whole lot of tweeking for me to pick that up.)

Street Fighter IV for me. GTAIV pretty much cancelled out a whole slew of games that I was gonna buy, including Saint's Row 2, Mercenaries, & Too Human.
Force Unleashed will be my next big release (because it's the next to come out), but from your list I chose Fallout 3 because that's the game I'm most excited for out of the choices.
My real next big release is Prototype. I have really high hopes for this game.
