try clearing the cache on your hard drive.dont accept the update and you should be good to go.

It is definetely causing freezing issues for many people... it's a known thing, so yes.. it is broken.

im the same as you guys, i still havnt got to complete it yet! Still stuck on the chapter 10 cutscene freeze glitch. I hope they fix it soon
