I agree with the topic starter. Last mission of Mass Effect 2 nearly caused me to have a heart stroke due to excitment. Which makes me wonder how my physica being will be affected when Mass Effect 3 comes out...

In Halo 3 ODST i was playing firefight. It was the big map where the covenant usually drop off brute choppers and tanks. The difficultly setting was heroic and i had only just a little bit of health left and there was no more health pack left. It was the last round with 3 brutes with hammers. I used all my skill to take them down. I don't think i could have done it without the 4 bottles of Mountain Dew i had. After the round, my hands were really sweaty.

GTA4:TBoGT is intense and cinematic. Loved it. GTA4 also had a couple of these moments, too.

Some of the fights on Fallout 3 are intense and cinematic. The part in PL when you are tripping out was awesome, too.

CoD:MW2 had its moments.
