When is live going to be up again?

I'm seeing alot of people saying the message said "Up to 24 hours" and some saying "Atleast 24 hours" so im not sure.

Just be patient and wait. Get on with something else in life or play some single player if you have free time. Everybody is in the same position as you :) Just gotta wait.

They said getting it prepared for the update, some people are expecting some new integration with Zune or something though too because Zune is down for the same time

I think they're implementing the code as a "sleeper" code, adding onto it alittle until the release.

major nelsons website says it will last up to 24 hours not past.

Or it may have been January sometime and we had to endure a solid 3 weeks of lag and disconnections. Gamespot was spammed everywhere with topics about people selling xbox and switching to that big black fridge looking thing they call a PS3. If that happens again I will play the rest of my membership and once it has expired I will not renew.

I can remember going onto xbox.com and seeing people playing online.. Few days later.. I could play with MAJOR LAG. Then I wouldnt be able to sign in again for another 3 days.. Weird but could they have been giving each timezone a limited amount of XBL time? LOL.. sounds stupid but thats what it looked like.

Yeah, it does suck, but I fortunatly have my assistant that reads everything to me and does all my typing so I can just sit in a big comfy chair and just dictate to them and not worry about the fact all of this looks like a bunch of garble to me

That was in January and the reason that happened was cause Live was bombarding so many new accounts due to xmas sales that the servers basically crashed and as it seemed Microsoft didn't seem to have the personal at that particular time to fix it. For the most part it made so that you couldn't create/recover your account and there were some periods on lag on some days and particular games but I believe that Microsoft owned up to that and gave a free arcade game away for that. Not much but at least its something.

I mean nowadays it's just Online, Online, Online, Why not Offline, Nope Offline is boring as heck and i'll play halo 3? Why? because it's the most addictive Online game in america, What about Single Player? Ehhhhhhhhhhhhhhh why do i want to waste 10 hours on a game that sucks so bad that i laugh at it, Halo 3 has a glorious story and has one of the best campaigns in date (though there are some better), Forget this im playing Online losers, You see guys this is a reason why people play online because they don't give a chance in SP experience because there all bored of there 360's and theye are going to be whining and whining untill it goes up. Go get more games and play some good old Offline games rather then spending a day whining on Xbox live not being Connected for a Day. You guys got this message Last week guys and now you guys forgot about it! Wow. Anyway why can you guys go outside and play some of your best friends are else YOUR FAMILY for once. Oh well i guess nowadays people will complain about xbox live when it's down when i could play some Offline games.
