When is the fall/autumn update for europe and will i need a Hard drive?

Is the update released simultaneously for Europe and the US or are there different release dates? Also, will i need a hard drive for the fall update?

ok thanks. i've only got 2mb left on my memory stick so looks like i'll have to get a hard drive anyway. have they announced a specific date yet?

gamestop sells 20GB used hard drives for 59.99 and used 120GB for 129.99 but if u can get one off of ebay u can sometimes get a 120gb for around 60 or so.ps3killer89

I live in the UK so i can't buy from gamestop :P. i might try ebay, but thn again i might just get one from game because they've dropped the price from £69.99 to £39.99 so it's not as bad now.
