Probably a couple of months before they release FF14 on PS3, and hope it will drive system sales, just like MS did with Halo, porting it to PC a couple of months before releasing the sequel on xbox/360
In all honesty, 2010, 2011, or 2012 is the most likely answer. Judging by comments made in interviews, they are no where near finished with this game... (haven't even started the 360 port)... and game production these days takes 4 to 5 years to produce a quality video game.
Add in the fact that despite comments to the contrary, we probably can't expect an English release until 6 months after the Japanese release... and you have a recepie for a really long wait... (Not that most of us haven't been waiting for two years already...)
Thats impossible, the day they release Duke Nukem: Forever is the day hell freezes over and the worlds nucleur weapons destroy us all. FF13 will probably come out the day before.

Yes... it will be released on 360 and PS3 for English audiences on the same day. That means, the PS3 version will be held back until the 360 version is finished.
