When will the Heroric map pack be free?

I am just wondering if anybody knows when (if ever) the Halo 3 Heroric map pack is supposed to be free.

Bungie said spring 08 so yeah...they didn't give an exact date.

Yeah, ti will be free when the next map pack will be released, they said that.

They also said that the next map pack will be in spring. So figures.

i think microsoft is rippin people off i mean xbox original there where no extra fees for 360 u have to buy online time extra maps etckielhodgins
