Their deal is, life is unexpected. Not everything works the way it should. If you think you can make an online service any better then im sure you can email them your cv and "revolutionise" online gaming.

Someone's wound a little tight this morning. :?
Actually, it's been working great for me the last few days. I was having all kinds of problems, but the last couple days I have played COD4 (including in parties) without any problems. No more lag in my dashboard, etc. From my perspective, they did fix it.
Maybe they just don't like you?
I'm still having long load times and lag in the dashboard. If you click on one of your friends and go to compare games it takes ages to load, then sometimes fails to load any of your friends details, showing only your games.
Also still no word on the free game as compensation yet...

I still encounter issues every once in awhile that I didn't experience before the update. Overall though, Xbox live still takes the cake when it comes to online services. In response to the second post though, stop being such a fanboy, Microsoft needs to continue offfering a great service, not just a good one in order to stay on top. As a customer we need to have high expectations, otherwise we are going to pay more for less.
