OK, Im in Arkansas, and mine always ships to and from somewhere in Texas. On the first 5!!!! it took about 1 week from the time I sent it off, now I sent one off last Monday and haven't gotten it back, but should be any day now. Have friends in UK and AU that took much longer.
I live in Arizona and my 360 RRoD a few days after New Years and I got the box a week after I called and my 360 got to MS on the 17th. So, I'm guess I still won't have it back for a while.
