WHERE ARE KINECT GAMES???!!!

Xbox One point was to bring good Kinect games... now where are no Kinect games, they unbundeled Kinect and console is weaker than PS4 with less games.

Kinect costs 150 us dollars and they can´t make games work on kinect? Why the hell?

Unbundled Kinect is even worse now... this means nobody buys Kinect which means there is no point of making Kinect games. So Kinect just became a PS Camera. Now without Kinect this means Xbox One price is same as PS4 but console is weaker, Games with gold gives no new xbox one games and it has mostly multiplatform games. Weaker console with less exclusive games. Why would anyone wants to buy this console anymore?

Back in Xbox 360 Kinect sold so much and we saw what were Kinect games and what were Xbox 360 games. PS3 and Xbox 360 were same powerful. Now we have Kinect that is not upgraded, no Kinect games, weaker console and less games. Most exclusives are timed-exclusive. Who the hell is responsible for all this???

Make Kinect with games, or just make more powerful console without Kinect. Microsoft choiced to have Kinect and now they dropped Kinect after 1 year which makes Xbox One so much less worth console.

@sukraj: Same. It actually kind of made me resent MS. I am pissed at myself for caving and buying the POS. Should have waited for the Kinectless Xboner and I would have been happier.

Apart from screaming Xbox Open Tray, or Xbox On I don't use Kinect.

I don't think Microsoft should abandon Kinect, I think there is some sort of potential there - at least as far as interface design and making the Xbox One a whole entertainment center experience. I would like to see some more developers make games that take advantage of the Kinect, but then it doesn't seem to me that many people besides Microsoft and Harmonix were working on those to begin with - I could be wrong, but still.

I don't have the Kinect, and I currently don't see any reason why I would need to buy one. But to be honest, I don't think I'm really opposed to getting one someday down the line, especially if they come down in price a bit, or if some really good game were to come along that took better advantage of it. Now that I own an Xbox One, I can kind of understand the potential behind a console that you can give voice-commands to - it makes navigating menus and backing out of programs less of a hassle, and really streamlines everything. A lot more could probably be done with Kinect commands over the life of the console.

Kinect is here to combat the Wii, that's it. So basically that's all it has to do, Kinect Sports and Kid games.... the Oculus will be here soon enough

The only time the Kinect ever gets used in my house is when my fiance is playing Just Dance. Otherwise, it doesnt get used.

My daughter wants to buy kinect rivals but i dont really want to buy that game.

Kinect games are in the works. Dance Central Spotlight & Fantasia: Music Evolved are coming and Microsoft said there are more Kinect games in development. I don't think there will be as many as they had last generation. Several 3rd party games already use Kinect.

Kinect just does not work good enough to be useful for anything other than a dance game. I will just never understand why MS spent so much money in it's development just to waste everyone's time. Maybe the concept is ok, but the execution or technology just is not at a working level.

Best thing they did at the E3 conference was to not mention the word "Kinect", not even once.

Xbox One would sell same much like Wii if Microsoft had made games that works perfectly like Wii Sports, instead we got Kinect Sports Rivals that is laggy. Why Kinect costs 200 us dollars and still is less accurate than Wii that cost total 150 us dollars.

Clearly, Microsoft hired wrong hardware team. Hardware team said that Xbox One costs more than PS4 and yet console is much bigger and weaker.

Kinect and Xbox One needs good Kinect games or else there is simply no point of Xbox One(even when it has exclusives like Forza or Halo). Xbox 360 had so many Kinect games, Kinect sold more than original Xbox, and now Microsoft rushed with Kinect 2 with having no games and now they even dropped Kinect which means its all useless and which means Just Dance does not sell so well on Xbox One anymore. If every Xbox One came with Kinect then we clearly had more games but now they dropped Kinect and game developers said: "Nobody buys Kinect, so i guess no point to make Kinect games anymore".

Lol at all the Kinect hate. There's loads of potential in the tech but it's this type of hate that had MS scared to pursue anything. I had some good times with the Kinect games that did release on the Xbox 360 and actually want to at least see an updated Dance Central done as my friends and I had a lot of drunk fun with that.

1) there is lots of kinect games in fact most xbox one games use kinect

2) less games then ps4? sorry but no your missinform

3) no one buys kinect? go to twitch / xbox and you will scroll down for a few hrs of gamers streaming on Kinect

There are still games coming out, recently they came out with a funky game called Kung Fu Kinect which I tried and found hilarious.

They just released a game now to critical acclaim called "Fru", 85 at Metacritic now....only a few reviews and it doesn't mean if its getting good reviews that the game will be good, but I'm just saying they still exist, but they are definitely less prevalent than before, because it is a niche market at this point. Kinect games are not high sellers unless they do something cool

Fru looks interesting, Gamespot Made a video about it....its a puzzle platformer where the other person uses their body silhouette to help you navigate. Seems like a fun title to play with your significant other.

Microsoft from launch to now:

"Kinect is amazing! Every XB1 must have one" --> "Ok, we'll sell a unit without the Kinect, but it's still amazing!" --> "Yeah, our slim doesn't even have a native port for the thing. Lets just never mention Kinect again, okay?"
