So when i came out of vault 87, Fawkes would not come with me because my Karma was too low. Well it is up now and I am wanting to have Fawkes follow me. Where does he go after he leaves vault 87?
Yes, Fawkes is a female. In a terminal it says that she is a female, but Super Mutants technically do not have a gender. Are you sure you went to the Museum of History, not the Museum of Technology.

also to the mod i think he did this so that someone wouldnt come in here bashing the game and so he can get a legit answer. so that the only people that could give him the right answer is someone that has actually played the game and know who fawkes is

I know what game it is, but others may not have. Even if he was only looking for legit answers, you still need to include the game you are talking about for others to reference to.
