Well I got mine on launch day with 3 extra controllers and 17 games from EB.
As for getting it for a decent price places like Best Buy and Coscto offer bundles so you may save a few bucks if you find a bundle that has the games you were considering anyways. You could also try eBay (I got a PS3 from there and saved $200 off retail for 60GB model). Timing is key with eBay though.
I got mine from GAME, previously know ans EB, i got mine back when it was £320, then i found in virgin i could get 2 extra games and an extra controller for £10 more, argh. Mine was a premium pack.
i got mine from woolworths ( i live in teh uk) for about £300 with 2 games and a controller and stuff but it came u to about £426.. but that was a year ago
BestBuy FTW. I got it for Christmas with an extra contr. (wireless), GRAW, Fifa RTFWC, Sneak King, and Gears. It was a gift so I dont know what the price was, I dont think there were and bundles though
