To answer the guy's original question, HERE IS THE SITE. It still says by the end of the day on February 12, but the registration information has not yet been updated.
We should be able to register today, the 12th. If not, MS is going to have to extend to contest past 4/12 or rewrite the rules to state that you have less than sixty days to complete the challenge.
