Everywhere, I have 2 GAME stores in town, both have stock (pre-orders and non-preorders), Gamestation (same), Interactive (same), 2 Tesco (in stock), ASDA (instock), Sainsbury (instock) PC World (instock).
Obviously very poor stocking by stores if you can't find it!
I asked my wife to check for it at Target while she was doing other shopping there totally expecting them to not have it, but she had no problem finding and buying it yesterday. So try non-game places.
