Where is my free Alan Wake game?

I bought an Xbox360 which includes Forza 3 and Alan Wake (as a download), so is there no card inside the box with instructions or codes? How am I supposed to download it for free?

I don't see a pamphlet or anything included in my box with a Alan Wake code on it. What did other people receive with their Xboxs?

Okay, I've thoroughly searched the box and also checked the Forza case... nothing. I guess I'm going to call Microsoft and ask what's going on.

What retailer did you get it at? If you can't find it at all, give the store a call and tell them about the missing code for Alan Wake.

Did you check your game library? Maybe it came on the 360.

When my store got these in: we got the boxes of Forza 3 and the Alan Wake cards separate from the consoles and had to open the box, put the two games in, and reseal them for sale. Maybe somebody accidentally forgot to include the Alan Wake card in with the console. Guessing Microsoft will say the same thing (to talk to the retailer)...kinda curious actually.

I bought my bundle at The Source (formerly Circuit City, formerly Radioshack). I called Microsoft, and after an hour or so of just getting them to understand my situation during which there was one disconnect, one call back, and 4 transfers to different departments, they've told me they'll call me back within 3-5 business days with a new redemption code (hopefully -_-)

Are you sure it was not preloaded on the console?

To follow up, Microsoft did give me a download code (although they didn't call me like they said, I had to call them), but at the end of the day, I got the game :)
