Where the heck are my themes?

Ever since I updated  to the new xbox experience, I sincerely can't find the option to change themes? Maybe I've just gone Insane but I literally searched for like an hour.... any tips?  

i believe you click on my xbox or something, then click on change theme.....i had a ton more themes on my system....i dunno where they wentOfficialBed

I had all of mine, whether they were free or cost something, they were all there, including custom. maybe you arent looking in the right place.

umm, i'm pretty sure we both were looking in the right place since there is only 1 place to change your theme....also...i was using the "glass" dashboard before the update and that's gone...as well as carbon (both came with the system when i bought it)
