Gears of war- Host advantage. Anyone who says "i kill the host so there is no advantage", Host Advantage doesn't make him unkillable but does help a TON. when i'm not host i get about 10 kills in a 10 round match. when i am host i can get up as high as 20.
Call of Duty 3- Allies weapons. I know the axis weapons are strong. but the allies m1 can empty an entire 8 round clip before the axis can can shoot another shot with their rifle. Also the BAR blows away that mp44 gun.
Host in Gears. It absolutely ruins the game. I hate people who host everygame they play and then challenge you again but they'll only play on their host. It's so hard to beat them 1 on 1.
yea the gears host is SOOO over powered. when i'm on somebody elses host im decent, on my host i am god. it makes the game so unfair. all you have to do is see who had the most kills at the end of the game and you know who host is. it's still a great game though. just hope they can fix the host advantage.

I don't even get why it's better, why should it inflict more damage just because you're host!?

You are somewhat right about Allies Weapons, however, the Garand doesn't hold a lot of Ammo & can't be reloaded. Also, it takes 6-8 hits if the enemy is far in the distance, where a KAR 98 can pick you off 1-2 shots. I think everything evens out between Axis & Allies in COD3 because everything has it's advantages & disadvantages. I myself always do very poorly as Axis cuz I don't like the weapons, I always do very strongly with Allies. My cousin is the exact opposite, he prefers Allies over Axis & Loves KAR 98.
I never paid attention to what the host did until a few days ago. I saw a host (last one alive on his team) take out three guys with only his shotgun. One after the other, pop pop pop, when they were rushing him all together. I guess I've seen this first-hand.
