Hello everyone, My friend has a one terabyte extertal hard drive that allowed me to listen to his music and watch his videos through my Xbox 360 via a 2.0 USB. I recently purchased a SeaGate: AgentGo and my Xbox 360 was unable to read the external hard drive. (it shows up as a portable device if there is one plugged in the Xbox 360.)

So I need to know which external hard drives (brand and/or model) will let me stream my media on my Xbox 360, if any of you KNOW which external HD will work by experience PLEASE let me know.

I am having a very difficult time finding out elsewhere on the internet so your help will be GREATLY appreciated. Thank you all for helping me out.

Hey i got a mybook and it works fine, i got some movies and a couple tv shows that i downloaded on it. The only thing that i hate and that i havent figured out yet is that in order to watch them i have to be signed in and connected to the internet.

I was actually looking at the mybook hard drive, but that is weird that you can watch movies on your xbox with the eternal hard drive only if your signed onto the internet...I don't have access to the internet or xbox live. Is there another external hard drive that will work out?

Format your Seagate using the FAT32 file system and it should work fine.
