Which game should I buy?

I have an Xbox 360 Elite and 4 games for it right now, Gears of War, Command and Conquer 3:Tiberium Wars, Halo 3, and The Orange Box.

I just bought The Orange Box last weekend and I'm very happy with it, Portal was great and TF2 is lots of fun with a good team. I still play Halo and Gears online frequently and I love both. I don't like CNC3 too much, I guess that RTS's aren't my cup of tea.

Although I just bought The Orange Box, I'm pretty much done with it, I'm not too interested in Half-Life and I've already beaten Portal, I'll still probably play TF2 from time to time, but I want to get a new game since so many great ones are coming out. I've heard Mass Effect, Assassin's Creed, Call of Duty 4, and Forza 2 are all good buys, and I was wondering which of these I should get. I love shooters, especially playing online, and I already have 3 great ones, but I've heard CoD4's multiplayer is amazing and lots of fun, and lots of my friends have it. I'm not really sure about Assassin's Creed or Mass Effect, they got good reviews, but I'm still not totally sure if I would enjoy them. I played the demo for Forza and it was lots of fun, I'm not a huge racing guy, but some of my friends have it, and playing with them could be cool.

So please, tell me which game you think I should get, if its one I haven't said, go ahead and tell me, I'd love to hear about it. It'd be nice if you could tell me why you think I should get that game as well.

Well I bought my Elite the first week it came out, before the bundles or the price drop.

I've been hearing that Assassin's Creed is very repetitive and has little replay value, but then others say that its amazing and lots of fun. My friend who lives in my neighborhood is getting Forza 2 soon, so I could always just play it at his house, so its pretty much down to CoD4 or Mass Effect. Also what about Bioshock? I played the demo and enjoyed that a lot, and the reviews for it were great, but I finish games fast, and if it doesn't have multiplayer is it still worth getting?

And about Half-Life, I played through some of the chapters in Half-Life 2, and it just seems kind of outdated to me, like something that would've been great 5 years ago on the PC, but kinda boring and annoying now. I haven't played Episode One or Two yet, are those any better? If you guys think they are, I'll maybe give them a shot.

play it half life2 and all the eps before getting a new game.

Only one real option. CoD4's online gameplay is fantastic. There are some lag issues, but its easily the best shooter on a console. It makes the gameplay of Halo 3 look like a launch title.
