On my bias side I would say it is between 3
Borderlands, CoD 6 and Left 4 Dead 2
That is of course out of recent games, there are some far better older games that I just suspect you already have

There are so many games that are both out now and coming out in the near future that are amazing. It's hard for anyone to tell you what to pick without some info on what games you have and enjoy and what type of genre you like. Without knowing any of that stuff it's hard so I'm just going to say Modern Warfare 2 because come on, that game is going to be amazing.
