Oblivion is pretty easy to get 1000 on, all you have to do is beat the game, become the head of every faction and finish the arena. Not too hard, but a bit time consuming... not that I mind, its a great game.
Fight Night 3 has the easiest I have seen. I got about 750 playing at a friends house the day he got it. I'm starting to get a little annoyed by the "eZ gamer pnts plz" thread that pops up twice a day here, though.
Yeah i just got nba 2k6, college hoops 2k6, and madden 06 for 12 bucks at Gamespot and got 1000 gamerscore in all of them effortlessly. GO to http://www.achieve360points.com/ to see achievements.

I can't believe it took 13 posts before someone mentioned "Avatar", LOL! Avatar is BY FAR the easiest game to get all 1000 achievements. It takes less than 5 minutes.
def king kong, just have to beat the game and bam, 1000 points. i actually didnt think it was that bad of a game though, despite the fact that it was sometimes so dark that i couldnt see what was going on.
