Probably San Andreas for me, but I almost always tune the radio to the talk radio station - that just cracks me up every time.

actually, I think you can compare them. The rock tracks on Saints Row were kind of weak, but the hip hop tracks are better than GTAs.

But for me, the GTA game with the best soundtrack is Vice City.

San Andreas, old-school hip-hop is excellent, I personally think Scarface was better for 80's music than vice city, but usually I listen to the talk radio stations, gotta love lazlow.

I really enjoyed the Vice City soundtrack as well. I bought the San Andreas one, and it grew on me. Playing the game SA, I always had the radio turned off.
