I dont want to make this a reccomendation thread its just what you think is the best option. I've got fable 2 pre-ordered but now the reviews have come out I'm not so sure...I know they are not bad reviews its just I'm wondering whether its worth the full price... Far Cry 2 has suprised me and it looks really fun especially since I'm a crysis fan :P ... I'm just wandering whether its a better option to keep my fable 2 pre-order and rent far cry 2 later on or buy far cry 2 and rent fable 2 at teh same time...what do you think?

Don't buy one and rent another, as you'll only wan't toplay one. \\\\as it stands, Far cry will be my choice as it seems less generic than fable which is basically being held afloat by hype, get Far Cry IMO,

I wouldn't really recommend renting an RPG. With that said, if you know you're really going to like Far Cry 2, then you shouldn't just rent that one either. Why not just buy both? Keep the pre-order, and buy the other one later on? Possibly even after the first price drop.

You'll probably wanna buy Far Cry 2 since it has multiplayer where as Fable 2 not so much.

Thanks for opinions...the reason why I would buy far cry 2 and rent fable 2 at the same time is because my friend is staying over for a week and although it sounds stupid we like to play through single player campaigns togetehr on different consoles and for fable 2 it looks like we will have to do that since the co-op isn't what we expected :( ... and after that there are alot of games I want so I probably won't play Fable 2 after a week...Far cry 2 looks like it will require quite abit of my time so it looks like that what I'll be doing atm.
