My personal GOTY will be Gears of War 3. Off of that list though, I will go with Skyrim, with BF 3 coming in second. And please people, don't start with the "But they're not even out yet" argument. Bare with us. We all know that every single one of these games will be amazing.
I voted for Battlefield 3. But if it doesn't, I'm hoping that Uncharted 3 or Gears of War 3 will take GOTY. I own both consoles. I love both games. Not that I hate COD, I play Black Ops time to time. It's just I don't think MW3 deserves GOTY. Yeah Yeah, I know. "Don't judge it before it comes out" But NO. MW3 won't have a strong story. It'll have good online play, a good online community, but I just don't think all of it will be GOTY worthy.
correct me if im wrong but wasnt it last year or the one before that demon souls on PS3 got goty? well then, how can we forget about its spiritual successor dark souls? however, eitherway, im voting for skyrim just thought that dark souls should get some attention and that would be my second vote.
I'm extremely excited for BF3, GoW3, and Skyrim. Although I do strongly believe that Skyrim will take the gold home as Oblivion did so easily before it.
