Even without a scope, you almost always have a targeting reticle on Halo. The most that you can really call as a targeting reticle in gears when you're not specifically aiming is the cog that shows up when you're taking hits and getting hurt. And even then, you wouldn't want to keep it around long enough to die.
Halo isn't even a relatively hard game, online or off, and to top it all off it's a first person shooter where as Gears of War is third person. Obviously sniping without a scope is much harder in Gears of War.
gears of war is harder... there's a lot of bullet lag, so you have to aim a meter infront of someone haha, its pathetic. that game's multiplayer is broken.
Well i've tried both and for me, it was harder to snipe without the scope in Halo. Its very easy for me in Gears to just point with the long shot, fire, and actually hit someone. Its like finding a Hooker in a bunch of Saints, if you can picture that...G-d help you...As in Halo...sniping without the scope and actually hitting something is like finding a Nun in a bar full of cabbage patch kids. Its never going to happen.
idk if u mean headshots then id say gears, but when u have active reload and u can down someone in one shot, thats really easy, its actually kinda ridiculous
I would have to say Gears of War. Having the scope for the last boss just made it a lot easier. Without it, I'd be having a rough time. GOW is a harder game, as it is.
