Both games have there charms. I didn't stick woth Ass Creed as I found it repetitive, but my nephew really liked it. I found Oblivion pretty good but it also felt like it was lacking something. The story was pretty weak, and the locations felt very similar all the way through. Oblivion is the better game, but if you can get the GOTY edition then I would get that as it adds Shivering Isles and a few other extras.
