After the successful and overall awesome that is Red Dead Redemption, I'd love to see Pirates. It would just be so fantastic if you think about it.

A sandbox zombie game :D Like...Left 4 Dead meets Fallout 3 meets Red Dead Redemption...NintendoGamer3OMG =O That would be amazing! add in Red Faction Guerilla's destructability and you're pretty much set for years to come ^_^
I think they next thing they will have is GTA: Vice City. Much like Vice City was to GTAIII, the new Vice City will be to GTAIV. I don't know if they'll go 80s again, but I'm sure it'll be in Vice CityAgent-ZeroA lot of people are under that assumption but I just don't believe they'll go back to Vice City. It seems to be a pattern like you said. If you remember, Vice City was also in the original top down view GTA. The city after Liberty City. But it's been done. Done well for Vice City and the cities of San Andreas. So I don't think they need to go back there. Yes, they went back to Liberty City for GTA IV, but that city is special. It's like the hub city for the GTA universe. It's NYC. They had to realize it in this generation almost to prove that they were capable of doing it because they had come so far from GTA III. I hope that they go somewhere new for the next GTA. #1 on my wish list is Tokyo. Custom drift cars, Yakuza. It would be awesome. Plus I would really love to see them realize the famous intersection in Shibuya. Imagine plowing through this crowd...

Dead Rising?
Dead Rising 1 could have as many as 800 zombies on screen at once... And Capcom is reporting that there will be an average of 1000 zombies on screen at once in Dead Rising 2, with many situations where it easily reaches 2000 and a maximum number of zombies on screen at once being 7000...

It's the way that thing looks down. It's like a creepy doll coming to life. When I first saw that, I had to watch it a few times to try to figure out if it was a real animal or not.The mafia during the 1940's in Chicago.

Mafia II is just that and comes out in like 6 months :D

Yeah but thats zombies; pretty simple behavior. Unless Rockstar wants all the civilians to seem like zombies.[QUOTE="superapo"]

Really! i'll check it out. except its set in fictional New York called empire bay. But yes its a great GTA contending Mafia game set in the 40's.A sandbox zombie game :D Like...Left 4 Dead meets Fallout 3 meets Red Dead Redemption...NintendoGamer3This would be awesome!
No you guys would laugh..Id love to see them pull off a rpg..Compete with bethestha would be awesome..Ya i no rpgs are a dime a dozen but i love them..
Pirates could be cool..Havent had a real open world pirate game in awhile..
Rockstar already has a 1930s/40s gangster game coming out don't they? "LA Noire?"
Still have to go with Pirates. Rockstar just proved they can do a very awesome historical piece with that Rockstar feel to it. Plus they tend to avoid water. I would love to seem them blow everyone's minds by taking it to the open seas. The little towns, treasure, open worlds, hunting/ trading. It's perfect.
Yea not quite all of rockstar games are being in a gang so what about 1940' s gangsters like Al Capone, Lucky Luciano, Carlo Gambino. Robbing banks with the tommy gun and selling illgeal booze. That will be awesome!. But what I think a game was made already using this idea.
Planet of the Apes.
Or some Dark Age Britain with Vikings, Saxons, Celts and all that. Plenty of blood, rape, torture and pillage!

Hmmm... I'm thinking... How would they pull off the pirates open world? Would anyone care to explain further?DeadSarowIt would be like GTA or Red Dead Redemption. You can purchase boats and swords etc..For Multiplayer you can have battles at sea, board enemy vessels and stuff.

Build your crew, go online, join together with friends to make a crew.
